Easy Strawberry Sorbet
You’ll like how easy it is to prepare this sorbet. No need for an ice cream maker! All you need is a small food processor and you can have fresh sorbet in minutes.

Choose frozen strawberries for making a quick and easy sorbet.
To keep the sugar and calorie count down I recommend using a natural sweetener such as stevia. It may change the mouth feel of the sorbet a bit but not enough to be a problem in my opinion.
You can also choose whether you would like to make the sorbet a bit more nutritious with non-fat plain yogurt or a bit richer with a little half and half. If you do choose to use half and half just keep each serving to 1/2 cup and the saturated fat will be low, only 2.9 grams.
Easy Strawberry Sorbet
Ingredients
1/2 lb. frozen chopped strawberries (about 2 cups?)
1/2 cup half & half
~2 pkgs. stevia (or Truvia)
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients to your food processor and puree until creamy.
2. Serve immediately or freeze.
3. When freezing you will need to allow the sorbet to soften a bit at room temperature before serving.
I have found this recipe makes about three 1/2 cup servings.
